It appears that once again the eastern US NWS computers are having trouble. There is a note on the main homepage http://www.weather.gov/erh.php
This is the second time in two weeks that this has happened. Would sure hate to see something fail during another bad hurricane season.
Maybe they need to switch to Yahoo! like I did for my hosting. HurricaneTrack.com never missed a beat all of last season.
