Last Call Before Landfall

After Bill is in, the maps (using globals) will across MS Valley/SE CONUS. Still interested in seeing if regen verifies off VA Thursday.

It'll be interesting to see which model verifies the best... since several of the models are agreeing on pretty much the same track.
