Hello, all,
as a quite new member of STORM2K and a very continental one (Prague, Czech Republic) I ask you, whether is possible to obtain the Dvorak's (1984) and Hebert-Poteat's (1975) papers describing their systems of (sub)tropical cyclone classification. Google didn't help and Library of Congress doesn't have them, therefore the inter-library loan service yields no hope. (These papers were published by NOAA as its internal materials, as you know.)
Thank you very much for any hint
