No el nino nor la nina at least thru July 2006 is what the models that prediict the ENSO factor are showing for november.Now let's watch in the next 2-4 months how they will predict how the peak of the 2006 season (August and September) will be in terms of continuing with neutral conditions or a weak el nino appears.According to the models there is little chance for la nina to appear in the equatorial pacific.
