How many systems will form in the NW Caribbean?

Some of the models are showing two seperate lows, each with TS force winds in a few days. (you can see them on page 24 of the TD27 thread)
How many will have adviosries on them? (I would say develop, but that's to clarify the case with 27.)

I think 27 is going to develope again. It is a really strong fighter. It did an incredible job fighting off that shear earlier this week.
