The last advisorie for TD27 is not good at all for it to survive as 93L may be the dominant system after all.

If the LLC from TD 27 races ahead of the convectin behind it and gets under the upperlevel anticyclone that is building in the SW Carribean and 93L developes will it be TD #27 still or TD #28. Also does anyone think this may happen or is it possible for the LLC from TD 27 to combine with the broad area of low pressure in the SW Carribean to produce a storm? The Area in the SW looks good on Sat Imagery. It appears to have a good upper level enviornment but needs a better LLC. Any Comments?
