How strong will TD 27 get?
talk of TD 27 being 2005s 4th TD to fail to make it to TS strength...
still... who knows...
and if it gets its act together... we COULD have a big storm...
just the shear in its way really...

Might as well be... recon never produced a vortex earlier and it looks even worse now.
