It's now one hour behind from the eastern caribbean because the times changed on october 30th.

The TWO here in the islands comes at around 6:15 PM-6:30 PM.

It's only 5:23 PM in the USA now, which is where the update is issued from

O K,OK, now i understand....but....i thought that the UTC was unchanged;NHC should adjusted their advises in UTC!!!Thank's to all of you.
