Nothing fancy...just a quick breakdown of the models.

Enjoy.

Thanks for taking the time to make this video, you did an awsome job. There is one thing I want to say you made a comment about the east coast having indirect effects from Wilma, wind, rain etc. I know this is not Charley but I will use it as reference. Last year when Charley came ashore on the southwest coast, Orlando had a lot of damage. so did the east cost I know over here where I live which Is Titusville by the way. No power, hole in roof many trees and signs down. Are these the indirect type of effects your talking about? Not for any specific area but for the central and east side closest to the center. Of course I know this will also be based on the strength at landfall.

Indirect would be a best case on that track idea. Thanks for pointing that out.

FL is thin enough...and I didn't make that clear enough....that there could be some fairly significant impacts like you mention above. Although a storm surge would occur on the west coast...someplace in central and eastern FL could very well get some wind and coastal flooding damage at least depending on the intensity of the system. Of course it's mostly speculation at this point since we don't know how strong the hurricane will be and where it will cross (if it does at all)...but as we get closer and the picture gets a little clearer I'll try to get into more specifics.

Hopefully we won't be dealing with a storm as strong as Charley when/if this occurs.

It's a link to a file and not to a page itself. Try rightclicking on the link and selecting Save Target As. When the download completes, right click where you put the file and choos Open With...and choose Windows Media Player. That should work...let me know through a PM if you have any trouble.

Thanks
