Before anyone goes crazy, please realize that was ONE run of ONE model, and has not been forecasted by anyone. Its just interesting to look at and discuss.

If it happened, it would be a disaster for the east coast as bad or worse than Donna (1960).

This was however what I was basing my forecast on. But the chances of full phasing are actually quite low.

bump: any thoughts on this possibility?

I will continue to post forecast discussions from Taunton, MA in the "New England Hurricane" thread as long as it continues to include Wilma.
