I think he's at Mayport Naval Base. I was going to go drive down there to see if I could meet him, but I have to practice my Gordon Lightfoot songs.
Just got off the phone with my brother in Savannah. Been raining hard at times but no thunderstorms as far as he's seen. Looks like the worst of the rain has passed Jacksonville.
