I dont think it will...just a big messy wet breezy system for Florida.

well Im going with 5pm tomorrow for the same reason as you, Ivanhater... but also I am questioning whether it WILL be upgraded... if it is to be upgraded, then it will be 5pm tomorrow... or maybe Thursday or Friday in the Gulf...

11am Tues at the earliest, but anytime between there and landfall/significant N/NE movement could be the upgrade.

Right now it's about evenly split between 11pm and never. Is it possible this could be a hybrid system?

NEVER---it is a low that doesn't have much convection, and is close to land. It will be a rainy mess for South Florida, possibly even holding together to create a mess for the East and West coasts before dissipating.
