Oh Boy! Katrina is about to explode and
explode it will. It is now leaving warmer waters (high 80's) to hotter waters (low to mid 90's)..

I could be wrong, but there may be a catch-22 with that. If the eye constricts, she could tighten up and strenghen. If the eye maintains it's current size, the less likelihood of eye-wall replacement.
