NHC pleads for immediate evacuation of NO
Watching 4WWL and the Mayor of NO is on an is describing how the NHC has pleaded with him directly in the past hour to order a mandatory evacuation immediately, and not to wait until morning ... he says he can't do that, for legal reasons, but is recommending an immediate voluntary evac of NO to begin right now.
