She sure has come a long way from the little wave just east of Florida. Mother nature is so powerful. Its really mindboggling.

i dont see any sign of an opening eye...just a continuous spiral swirl.....

yeah...that picture shows it...its not an eye just a spiraled comma head...not closed off eye.
