Eastern Atlantic Tropical Summary - EATS OUT on August 25, 2005

Despite shear and very dry air, invest 97L continues to fight a good fight.
I do not expect the system do develop into a tropical cyclone in the next
24-48 hours. If this system does develop, given its high latitude, I would
expect it to remain out at sea.

A new tropical wave has emerged off of the African coast, and is moving
west. There's still a lot of dry air out there, so I do not expect
development in the next 24-48 hours.
