23/2345 UTC 23.2N 75.1W T2.0/2.0 12 -- Atlantic Ocean

I would expect Recon to find a very active system soon.

Thats 6 hours old.

Overall apperance hasn't changed much tho, so 2.0 is probably still a valid estimate.

Next estimate should come out in about 40 minutes, I think.
