I think invest 97L will eventually get going, but not for a few days. This should continue it on a general west-northwest track for the next 5 days or so. It could be anything from a weak TD to a strong Cat 1...but in general, I think 60 mph to 80 mph is a good bet. I think this will form later than the others...to be Hurricane Katrina or Lee eventually.
Invest 98L should develop into a minimal Tropical Storm ("JOSE" would be the name) and then go into Mexico as a 40 mph to 50 mph Tropical Storm. In general...I think 40 mph.
As for what's left of TD-10...it's sticking around and may have a meeting with Florida and the Gulf of Mexico down the road.
