Is it me, or is Irene looking like the classic example of a storm about to swing back west?

I dunno what you are trying to imply but those 2 were nasty storms!! Especially that darn Floyd that scared everybody in South Florida into a near coma and then gave us the classic "weakness in the ridge that turned the storm northward towards NC". Ahhhh soooooo often I heard that phrase turning into a weakness in the ridge.....
