Whats going on with Irene??
Seems to me like theres another swirl developing SE of the main swirl is this a breaking up of the mid and low level circs or a new center developing in closer to the convection.This storm has been one of the weirdest i have ever seen as far as redevelopment goes of the new centers.Bet its giving the NHC some headaches.Any thoughts on this?
