if the storm moves more westward and stays
below 20n latitude through 72 hours...then it may never feel the
weakness in the ridge and not turn northwestward

I guess anything is fair game right now with TD #9. The fun of watching storm tracks. It is like a guessing game. One minute that show something and the next minute they look different.
