Time To Move Floater=Floater over 90L now (Edited Title)

Request to the powers to be (Dixiebreeze?) :D that the floater(s) needs to be moved over to invest 90L. Thanks

I need HELP.....

I cannot get any floater loops to come up it just has the java sun cicling and circling and ideas....?

I had also asked that one of the floaters be focused over the S. Caribbean, but they may be waiting until all of Emily is gone.
