That says little risk to areas north of Padre Island...;)

We still claim areas south of the northern side Texans...

nope....not irresponsible at all.....all they said is "they now think"....in other words...at this time.......there is PLENTY of time to warn texas residents if the forecast track changes.

Those are not NOAA's words, those are the words of someone named "crystalk" who is supposedly getting info from NOAA. The article does not even identify who is "we."

That poster does a sloppy job of articles I guess. Sorry bout that :(

It's no problem...when I read the article, I could tell right away it was not from NOAA...I've NEVER heard NOAA use the words "only 150 mph at the surface"...The "only" was a dead giveaway... :D
