Floater #2 over 99L is needed!

Please, for those who have some power over the floaters, we need floater #2 over 99L as soon as possible.

I know you can email them. I tried that so many times but yet nothing ever came of it. Something tells me that you need some sort of special person to send in the request.

I've done it several times. Sometimes they do it, sometimes they don't. Best time I think is in the morning. Perhaps they know Dixie well there.

I'm pretty certain they won't fix the IR floater until a storm is farther west, perhaps about 50 or 60.
