Notable November Hurricanes that didn't hit the U.S. but caused major damage includes:
Hurricane Michelle- 2001. Cat. 4 hurricane that hit Cuba
Hurricane Lenny- 1999. Late season hurricane went eastward through Caribbean as almost a Cat. 5, badly hit northeastern Carib. islands.
Hurricane Gordon- 1994. Long lasting hurricane forming in the Southwest Carib. It caused massive landslides and deaths in Haiti, lot of rain in Cuba and Florida, mostly as a Tropical Storm.
Perfect Storm- 1991. Forming from an extratropical storm, it caused massive surf along the east coast and major beach erosion. It was from late october to early november.
Hurricane Greta- 1956. While it didn't hit land, it became a Category 4 hurricane northeast of the Lesser Antilles.
Hurricane 10- 1932. This hit Cuba as a Category 4 hurricane.
November Storms that hit U.S.
Tropical Storm Keith- 1988. West coast Florida hitting storm caused 3 million dollars in damage.
Hurricane Kate- After becoming a major hurricane in the Gulf, Kate weakened to a Cat. 2, hitting Mexico Beach Florida around Thanksgiving. It caused 210 million dollars in damage.
