My take is by tommorow morning at 5 AM.This poll is non-scientific.

I'm just guessing, but it certainly looks heathly enough....I will bet that they upgrade it either late tonight or early tomorrow....everyones hands are too full with Dennis right now....

I think by tomorrow 11am. The NHC has their hands full with Dennis right now, and I think they're going to need the evening/early morning break before starting with the new one. :wink:

It is so far out. Maybe if it holds together closer to the islands. Dennis is their immediate concern. Maybe tomorrow after he is well inland they can focus on 98L.
