Winds Will Increase To 40 Mph With Gusts To Between 50 And 60 Mph.
Trees And Power Lines May Be Downed In The Watch Area Resulting In Power Outages.

I never said that... but the eastward shifts in the track are not good. I hope you get rain though.
OK. Thank you for the wish for rain. I think it could easily move more NW or even WNW when making landfall going right back on the inland track seen at 5 or 11.
Maybe I'll be wrong but the NWS disagrees so far even as late as of 11 am.
