What does this mean?

What does the square with the #30 in it with the red arrow pointing to the
center of the circulation on this 72 hour forecast map mean? Thank you
for your help.

I've never seen the graphic but showing normal sized waves over the quiet parts of the basin leads me to believe that. The 30 foot waves would be confined to near the center.
