How to understand the 00z GMT time that is used...

Here is a conversion for the people that aren't aware...

   GMT       EDT
----------------------
   00z      8:00pm
   06z      2:00am
   12z      8:00am
   18z      2:00pm


This way you know when the models come out, and can then go and get the newest one. Hope that helps.
