It is definitely the beginnings of an eyewall, but I don't think they'll go as far as upgrading it at this time. Winds could be upped to 70 mph. Any upgrade should hold until 11 am at the earliest.
85* and up...
A SIDE NOTE: There is some dry air noted in the NW quadrant of the storm and that has impeded the convection to wrap around symmetrically around it. As long as we have that there, this shouldn't undergo RI (Rapid Intensification).
