TWOAT
TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK
NWS TPC/NATIONAL HURRICANE CENTER MIAMI FL
1030 PM EDT MON JUN 13 2005

FOR THE NORTH ATLANTIC...CARIBBEAN SEA AND THE GULF OF MEXICO...

AN AREA OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS LOCATED OVER THE CENTRAL
CARIBBEAN SEA ABOUT 200 MILES SOUTHEAST OF JAMAICA IS ASSOCIATED
WITH A STATIONARY SURFACE TROUGH OF LOW PRESSURE. ALTHOUGH THIS
SYSTEM HAS CHANGED LITTLE THIS EVENING...SURFACE PRESSURES ARE
CONTINUING TO SLOWLY FALL IN THE AREA. SOME ADDITIONAL DEVELOPMENT
OF THE SYSTEM IS POSSIBLE OVER THE NEXT DAY OR TWO AS IT MOVES
SLOWLY NORTHWESTWARD. AN AIR FORCE RESERVE RECONNAISSANCE AIRCRAFT
IS SCHEDULED TO INVESTIGATE THE SYSTEM TUESDAY...IF NECESSARY.

A LARGE AREA OF CLOUDINESS AND SHOWERS CONTINUES ACROSS THE
NORTHEASTERN CARIBBEAN SEA NORTHEASTWARD INTO THE ATLANTIC FOR
SEVERAL HUNDRED MILES. UPPER-LEVEL WINDS IN THIS AREA REMAIN
UNFAVORABLE FOR TROPICAL CYCLONE DEVELOPMENT TO OCCUR.

ELSEWHERE...TROPICAL STORM FORMATION IS NOT EXPECTED THROUGH
WEDNESDAY.

No change... Wondering if they will investigate tomorrow? It says it is in an area unfavorable for development!

It is normally. Western Caribbean is more looked at in June.

Unless it goes poof overnight or tomorrow morning, I say they go in.
