I would think that the S Florida convection is more of a squall line (outerband) then the SE quadrant of the storm.

I was just looking at the inf image.....looks like the north gulf is nothing compared to all the red in so. Florida

I've been checking this out as well as that torando watch has expanded to include all bay area and we had several torandos on ground in manatee and desoto earlier on with a squall line. By the way what happeaned to your aim? Havent seen ya on. Busy working up those graphics? :)

Aren't severe thunderstorm tops higher than hurricane cloudtops anyway? (someone told me this not sure if they were right).
