shows what appears to be a trof split at the bottom of the trof exiting Texas. If this leaves a piece behind that meanders in the southern or SE gulf as some disturbed weather, it could certainly prove to be part of the brew a week or two down the line if it intersects with any incoming wave energy between now and the 10th or 12th. It's not much, but since it's hurricane season, it's one of those things to look for when searching for in-close development a week or so down the line. I'd say chances are < 15% that anything happens, but it's something to look at anyway.
