TO THE SW OF THE GULF OF TEHUANTEPEC THERE IS A VERY HEALTHY TROPICAL WAVE TO BE STILL A MONTH AND A HALF TO THE BEGINNING OF THE EPAC SEASON.

If gets north of 15N or west of 120W it's going to run into a heck of a lot of shear.
