The Storm2K Worldwide Tropical Update for 16 March 2005 at 00Z.

Severe Tropical Cyclone Ingrid (08U/22P) (16/00Z)
Position: 14.4S 126.4E (140 mi W of Wyndham, Australia)
Movement: SW at 3 mph
Winds: 85 mph
Pressure: 968 mb / 28.58"
Dvorak Est: Overland

Ingrid continues to weaken as she tracks across land.

Tropical Storm Roke (0502/02W) (16/00Z)
Position: 11.7N 130.0E (430 mi NE of Babelthuap, Palau)
Movement: W at 22 mph
Winds: 65 mph
Pressure: 985 mb / 29.09"
Dvorak Est: T4.0/4.0

This system is slowly strengthening, but will have to be monitored as it tracks toward the Central Philippines.
