NWHHC site redesigned

#1 Postby Derek Ortt » Sat Feb 19, 2005 11:13 am

http://www.nwhhc.com

I have over the past few weeks been making a redesign of this page. I finally decided upon which image to use for the homepage and went with one that I created myself instead of one already created (plus, this is 50KB smaller)

Let me know what you all think of the redesign

Love the picture of Isabel.

Not so fond of the profusion of colors in the rest of the page. Maybe get rid of the aqua background and change the magenta text to the same nice green as the sentence above it?

The basic layout is nice.

I'll discuss changing the color scheme with John and see if any changes make the page look better.

Initially, we had a radar image of Ivan at landfall and that seemed to go much better with the cyan that it did with the white. I can make a test page and see if a white background does look better
