The Storm2K Worldwide Tropical Update for 09 February 2005 at 0000Z.

Tropical Cyclone Vivienne (07U/17S) (08/2200Z)
Position: 15.5S 116.8E (360 NW of Port Hedland, Australia)
Movement: ESE at 4 mph
Winds: 40 mph
Pressure: 995 mb / 29.38"
Dvorak Est: T1.5/2.0

Vivienne continues to aimlessly meander off the coast of Western Australia while weakening. JTWC has issued their last advisory earlier today with BoM issuing their last advisory with this update.

Tropical Depression Noname (14R/92S) (09/0000Z)
Position: 18.1S 56.2E (190 mi N of Port Louis, Mauritius)
Movement: Stationary
Winds: 25 mph
Pressure: 1003 mb / 29.62"
Dvorak Est: Too weak

Newly formed 14R follows in the footsteps of 13R. Convection is limited and the system is poorly organized. Expect little change in strength over the next few days.
