Question...

This is the general tropical discussion area. Anyone can take their shot at predicting a storms path.

Question...

Does anybody have a loop of Charley, Frances, Ivan and Jeanne all hitting at once? I heard Senor Pepr once asked he saw it. Not the image...a loop.

How is that possible? You would have to splice the loops together. I will see what I can find though...

I could easily make one,

but that takes too much time and too much space on orca for me to justify making that loop when there is no scientific purpose behind the loop.

To make the loop, one needs to get the available IR data (not the images, but the actual IR satellite data). Very easy to do via MATLAB, just make the images with one storm on top of the other (simple hold on command)
