TC28S has formed 530 NE of Mauritius and currently has winds of 35kt. The storm is moving SW at this time. This area will be interesting to watch over the next few days as there is another developing and alerted circulation to 400 NM NW of of 28S and it is already engaged in a binary rotation with 28S ala' Professor Fujiwhara.
