Goodnight to 90L

The invest was dropped. Proximity to land and less-than-favorable conditions (regardless to what Floydbuster says :D ) is the cause for the droppage.

I would still keep an eye on it though as it progresses westward. It really was never a threat to develop in the near term, even though they put up an invest at NRL. WIth high pressure building to the north of the wave as the gale center departs, conditions may become favorable in the western Caribbean. I still believe we will see Otto. Whether it comes out of this disturbance I'm not sure, but it has a shot.
