question Disturbed area by P.R.

Will this area of disturbed weather move west into the Western Caribbean or move N then NE?

....a large upper level trough is parked over the nw carib to the sw carib to hispaniola...according to the nws/san juan it will likely remain stationary thru tues. eventually it does lift out and, according to the gfs, that large area of disturbed weather persists in the ne carib,.out of which several impulses move west. it appears as though most of the energy remains in the carib basin. the sw and south central carib is then dominated by a broad disorganized area of low pressure thru the first week of nov....no development is indicated at this time....rich 8-)
