Looking at the atlantic now the enviromental conditions are not condusive at this time as you can see in those water vapor pics above.But those 2 tropical waves that are located east of the lesser antilles if somehow get some favorable anticyclone and less shear something may form but the only thing for us to do is to watch what unfolds in the atlantic in comming days.
