The streak of non-stop tropical systems continue as Ma-On forms in the WPAC.

Additionally, a new invest is present in the EPAC. Current Dvorak estimates show a 1.0. The TWO from the NHC mentions some possible development.

Invest 96B is still out there, although the JTWC is giving less concern to this system. Regardless, Dvorak estimates are 1.5.

...I should also mention two additional invests in the WPAC: 91W and 92W.

Also, 96B is now overland.

Mike after a quiet period the EPAC goes to life.TD 14E has formed at EPAC and a new invest 99E is up.
