Is it moving towards florida.. will some feel it will effect florida? and are all the storms coming off africa gone now?

It's very unlikely for anything to come from the Cape Verde (Africa) the rest of this season.

At this time they are not expecting additional development from "the blob", but I would keep an eye on it.
