Hello, Water Bubbles Predictions are back!
For those not knowing them, please be informed that I get predictions from the water bubbles formations during pasta preparation.
Remember: to cook a good plate of pasta, first boil the water with a small fist of salt in it, then put pasta (spaghetti, maccheroni or what you like) and drain it after 8/10minutes, to have it "al dente".
A quick and good sauce: take fresh red tomatos, cut them in pieces.
Put some olive oil (extravergine) in a pan with chopped onions, garlic and carrots. Fry'em for few minutes (just the time to make onions gold), then drop the tomato pieces in the pan and cook until they look like a sauce.
You can add, if u like, tuna fish. Grandma secret: at the end of the cooking, a little small spoon of sugar will eliminate tomato's acidity.
(by the way, Suzzz was loving it.)
Back to WBP, they told me that the lows over south US will move in the Gulf/Caribbeans and may generate interesting weather. The cold front moving ahead is cleaning the air just to make space for new disturbances... Let's see.

Ciao
Paolo
