I don't know about the whole city, but my Aunt lives on S. Pascagoula Street and she made it through fine with no damage to her house. She doesn't have any power though. My cousins live right on the water in Gautier and the water didn't even come up under their house. So hopefully Pascagoula and Moss Point made it though without too much damage. If anyone has pictures of that area I would love to see them. Hope all of you who live there are okay.

I think damage in Pascagoula will be indicative of a cat 1 with gusts up into cat 2 range, with no surge since it was on the west side. My house on the water east of Pascagoula near the AL state line is fine. We lost siding and a large section of shingles were removed. SOme trees down, no power. Not as bad in Pascagoula as it could have been. I can only say had it gone in with that surge in Pascgoula and those winds I would not have a house. My mom is a pricipal and she lost a skylight and got rain her school...the cafeteria has roof damage. Looks a little worse than when hurricane Danny hit with us on the West side, but less damage than George
