he didnt say it wouldnt fall apart he is only pointing out distance. it in fact has less time to fall apart because there is less real estate to work with. good post floydbuster

Lili was able to weaken as quickly as it did because of the fact that it was the most poorly organized cat 4 in history. The eye wall was never closed and hurricane winds were only on the eastern semi-circle. To the SW, the maximum winds according to H-Wind were only 60KT. Extremely lopsided to say the least
