Looting

I hate to bring this up but not much of the news media is saying anything about this. Of couse you know my house was looted and so were 9 others in the area. We had a alarm system and they knew that at the hight of the storm the cops would not respond to alarm systems. So i will send wife and kids if I have to.But I will stay this time because they no they left alot still to get .... :x :( :eek:

WEll I will say this feeder. I'm sorry for the loss on both ends (hurricane, looting). I don't know where Plant City, FL is locted but if it's near the coast and Ivan is forecasted to bring your area winds over 120-125mph then I'd suggest leaving still b/c chances our there won't be much of anything to loot as those winds will bring a lot of damage to places and it's not worth losing your life over material things. Think of how your wife and kids would feel.

I have kept firearms ever since Andrew.
I did not experience Andrew, but that is THE primary reason I have kept firearms.
I am not a violent person, but I WILL shoot looters.
They should definitely know better in central FL.
Lots of folks bear arms!

They should get life in prison when they catch them. My dad in WPB has three guns in the house, hope he doesn't have to use them but he will in a heartbeat if he has to.
