Great Info for Boat Owners

#1 Postby USCG_Hurricane_Watcher » Thu Sep 09, 2004 12:24 pm

Attention all boat owners/marina operators:

Here's a link to some great info to help yourself/friends/clients get prepped in the event "Crazy Ivan" (or any storm for that matter) starts heading your way...

http://www.uscg.mil/news/stormcenter

One question we always get is what do I do with my boat?...While there is no "one answer fits all"...the info contained at this site will give boat owners more to consider when planning storm preps.

Hope it helps...

A trick i always use is (this works for boats under
24 feet depending on make and model) is to put it
on a trailer or ground is small enough and fill it with
water... she ain't goin' anywhere!
