72 hrs out shows Ivan approaching the Yucatan Strait...this all may get interesting 72 hrs out

I have noticed the Bermuda High nudging SW while the ridge approaching from the NW GOM seems to have halted it's forward progress.

This has got to make folks in the central Gulf coast nervous if it verifies.

Heck, it makes me nervous here off the western Gulf coast!!
